Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Brown Baking x3 LLC is committed to creating a positive and well-prepared experience for every student. Because our classes require advance planning, staffing, and ingredient preparation, the following policies apply to all registrations.
Regularly Scheduled Classes

14 days or more before class: You will receive a class credit for full purchase amount minus a 5% processing fee.

7-13 days before class: You will receive a class credit minus a 25% cancellation fee.

Less than 7 days before class: No credit or refund will be issued.

No shows: No shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
​​Camps & Multi-Day Workshops

Due to limited seating and advance supply preparation:

All camp and workshop registrations are non-refundable.

Camp registration may not be rescheduled

You may send another participant in your place with advance notice.

Private Classes & Events
​

Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 weeks prior to the scheduled date.

A 25% processing fee applies to all approved cancellations or reschedules.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 6 weeks of the event date.

Credit Terms

Credit terms are valid for 6 months from issue date.

If Brown Baking x3 LLC Cancels a Class
In the event that we must cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, weather, or other circumstances:

You will be notified as soon as possible via email or text.

You will be given the option of a full credit plus 5% or a full refund
​
By registering for a class, camp, or event, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
​
