Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

Brown Baking x3 LLC is committed to creating a positive and well-prepared experience for every student. Because our classes require advance planning, staffing, and ingredient preparation, the following policies apply to all registrations.

 

Regularly Scheduled Classes

• 14 days or more before class: You will receive a class credit for full purchase amount minus a 5% processing fee.

• 7-13 days before class: You will receive a class credit minus a 25% cancellation fee.

• Less than 7 days before class: No credit or refund will be issued. 

• No shows: No shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

​​Camps & Multi-Day Workshops

​

Due to limited seating and advance supply preparation:

​

• All camp and workshop registrations are non-refundable.

• Camp registration may not be rescheduled

• You may send another participant in your place with advance notice.

Private Classes & Events 

​

• Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 weeks prior to the scheduled date.

• A 25% processing fee applies to all approved cancellations or reschedules.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 6 weeks of the event date.

Credit Terms

​

• Credit terms are valid for 6 months from issue date.

• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

If Brown Baking x3 LLC Cancels a Class

In the event that we must cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, weather, or other circumstances:

​

• You will be notified as soon as possible via email or text. 

• You will be given the option of a full credit plus 5% or a full refund

​

By registering for a class, camp, or event, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
